HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?



By default, the last used delivery address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default delivery address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.



HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?



Once you verify your mobile by entering OTP sent to your mobile and add your address, your account is activated.   Now, you can subscribe your daily needs or purchase other organic products through Shopping Cart after selection.  If you are still facing any problem, you can write to us at customercare@organicbharat.com.



WHICH PRODUCTS  ARE YOU RETAILING THROUGH THIS APP?



This App has been dedicated to meet the need of Organic Products only.   No other product is listed here other than organic products.   The dairy products are from the farm where cows are nurtured in an organic culture and all practices are followed which met the norms of organic certification.   Our dairy products are from Desi Cows only.   Desi Cows (Humped Cows) are the producer of A2 Milk and thus our dairy products are of A2 Category.   Our farm has been registered for Organic Green category under PGS India.    The products which are not from our own farms are duly certified organic by the certifying Agencies registered with nodal agency APEDA.  The fruits and vegetables are organically grown under our strict supervision and registered under PGS India or certified by Agencies registered with nodal agency APEDA..



WHAT IS A2 MILK AND A2 MILK PRODUCTS?



Milk contains two main types of beta-casein protein, A2 and A1. The milk containing beta-casein protein A2 is known as AMRIT MILK while A1 Milk is known as DEVIL MILK.  A1 milk variety is unsafe for human consumption. NDRI  Karnal has reported that A2 milk produced by humped Indian cows is good for health and builds up immunity and certainly offers a big advantage over the A1 milk which is toxic for health.  If you are not consuming A2 Milk/A2 Milk products, the chances are that in the long term you are likely to suffer from allergies, diabetes, obesity and cardio-vascular diseases.



HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?



After logging into your account, the status of your  orders can be checked in 'My Orders' option available in the menu of the App.   The payment status will be reflected in the order details.  When your delivery is in transit, a notification is sent to you. You will also receive a confirmatory notification after delivery of your order.



HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?  AND WHAT  IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY



After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.



HOW DO I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTON OF DAILY NEEDS DUE TO ANY EMERGENCY?



After going to My Orders/Subscripton Order in the Menu, click order details.  Here you can pause your subscription.  These paused deliveries will be completed after the present subscription in continuaton.  The new dates of subscritption will be reflected into the order details.   While subscribing for next month, you need not to subscribe for those dates.



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?



Subscription done on a day will be delivered from the next day of the payment.   Other normal orders will be delivered within 48 hours of  payment of the order.



If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.



HOW DO YOU  DELIVER MY ORDERS?



All your orders are sent through delivery persons at your designated door of the given address.  You are to make arrangement for the receipt of your Order if you are not available due to any reason.



WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?



At the moment, you can pay through Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI and Paytm transfers.



WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY REQUIRED ORGANIC PRODUCT IS NOT LISTED ON THIS APP?
